personification of the side of a Scottish cliff over looking the ocean.

Must the tide always flow to the shore?

Can the sun still see me now?

I've got the key to forever more

with the waves on the rocks below.

Do the midnight dogs still moan

when the whispering winds cry?

Not a soul, shall they nightly roam.

The elder race gently passes by.

Waves of courage fight the bluff,

The mystic, black moon shadows down.

The heart of the land looks for love.

Tonight it won't be found.

Is the wind calling my name?

I'll never know for sure.

Until I go to promised reign,

It's gasping breath so fine so pure.

I know I can't remain here,

My eyes won't be satisfied.

I wait and upon my face a stare,

and forever flows the tide.
