How it feels
She Hissed
IT Laughed back at her.
suddenly strangling
what little she had left.
Trying to
rationalize
her way out of anger
choked her.
Her world was crashing
and
nobody
noticed
or
cared.
Clawing it’s way
up
her throat she
SLAMMED
it back down.
Like always.
always.
Never showing it.
Always forced to act like she is
mindless.
She squeezes her fists till they ache.
Just to make sure she is still there.
because she was always gasping and
stumbling.
Her thoughts turned,
a cascade of doubts and questions rushing through.
always rushing through.
always.
and nobody
noticed.
or
cared.
