A giant Raichu

Prolouge: The Letter

It was just a normal day, I woke up, ate breakfeast and checked the mail. I got a letter from Professor Oak explaining that he was conducting experiments on electric pokémon. Since electric pokémon stores their electricity, Oak wanted to push their limits. I bent down to talk to my Raichu. Raichu has always done what I've told him, he is very obedient that way. This time I told him that this is his choice, I can't force him to do anything he doesn't want to do. He nodded slowly.

Me: - Are you sure about this? This could be dangerous.
Raichu: - Rai, Rai. He nodded.

When we got to Oak's lab, there were about 10 other electric type pokémon, Raichu was the only rodent. You would think there be a Pikachu or something to compare Raichu too. When I asked Oak about this he said that he'd already tried it on a Pikachu and that a Piakchu couldn't store energy even close to a Raichu, which would make sense since Raichu is the evolved form of Pikachu.
