A story about a hundred ways.
At The Coffee Shop...

I've been going here every Sunday for the past year to write about my deepest thoughts and just give an hour or two for myself every week. The people here actually already know me.

There's Anna who always serves my coffee with extra cream, just the way I like it. Steve, who asks me exactly thirty minutes after I've been served my coffee if I need anything more. Larry, who's up the cash register always reading the morning paper and Norman, the guy who cleans the tables around here. Weird how they all have very common names.

These people know who I am and what I do, well, who I am and what I do within the vicinity of this coffee shop. They know my routine and they don't need to ask anymore, which I find very convenient. We've never said anything more than casual greetings with one another, so I've come to wonder how easily they have accepted my presence without any questions. Maybe there was a hidden story.

Then again, it was a coffee shop. I lean back and face my computer. Took a sip of my extra creamed coffee and started to type. Basically, what I do is write any story that comes up to my mind. Most are unfinished, but I still make new ones that are in no way related to the previous one made.

Today, 26th of May, I decided to write a story about a hundred ways of how we met, a hundred ways of how it went wrong, and the hundredth and one that made it all right.

It was always the same girl. Over and over again. Until I met her time. This one was a game changer.
