Story about something is out there
I found my cat standing on tippy toes at the window, front paws on the windowsill. She was peering at something out in the dark. As I know my cat, there is something out there. She never stares through the lounge window, and she never stares at anything except if it is worth staring at.

I go down on my haunches and crawl toward the window. Tickly, my cat, briefly turns her attention at my motive, and continues to stare out into the dark. As I reach the window, I find myself just a little bit too scared to look. Okay, I had chills, as I did not know what to expect? Meanwhile, Trickly continues her unusual action.

I finally decide to peek. As my eyes slowly appear above the sill, I was staring at nothing. Relieved I turned and looked at Trickly, who continues to stare. As I turned back to see what she was staring at once more, I nearly fell on my back. Besides nearly falling onto my back, I knocked my forehead on the sill and had to hold the painful spot for a few minutes.

While this was going on, Trickly had simply looked at me, turned and dropped her feet to the floor and sauntered over to the couch. Here she sat licking herself. On recovering, I stared at her and ventured to look through the window where I saw those eyes flashing fiery eyes. It was gone.

To this day, I do not know what it was. Trickly cannot tell me, and it still haunts me that it could have been any kind of animal, least of all another cat. Those eyes were just too fiery.
