six book reviews for January
Rushed by Brian Harmon

In the heart of this story is imagination and adventure. Is it scary? Yes.

Does it lead you along a long lonely path? Just keep reading it is the only way to solve the mystery created between the beginning and the end.

The reader is involved in a hunt and seek game. "According to the old woman, he was looking for a cathedral." But, is he really? And is Annette delusional?

Karen is impressively supportive throughout the whole story. She always says the thing that means enough to keep Eric moving forward toward the ultimate end. "Finally! What happened?" So of course she wants to know the ending, just like you.

You can read chapter one of Rushed Unseen the sequel to Rushed, on Brian Harmon's blog Dark Things Rising. The sequel is just out recently.
