It's about a teen mulling over her life and finally comes to a decision
I close my eyes and think far back

Back to a time when life was pleasant

Back to a time when people were decent

And people's kindness didn't lack

My tears stream for the yearning I feel

To make things seem like how they were

To make my future be more firm

But my old fate didn't seal

Darkness envelopes my happy thoughts

My wrists are cut and out they bleed

The blood I knew right now I need

Hoping for the relief I so greatly sought

My suffering becomes too much to bare

So I find my salvation hidden well

In a place nobody could ever tell

That a weapon patiently waited there

I held the cold metal in my hands

Knowing my fate would be sealed right then

To pull the trigger would be a sin

But if I didn't my suffering stands

I pressed the barrel to my head

Closing my eyes in a silent prayer

To save my soul, my family to spare

Pull the trigger and fall down dead
