Take a minute and read this!
Are you Stressed, Mad, About to Cry?
I want you to stop, sit down, close your eyes, and try to empty your mind. Actually try.... Go to your happy place... Yes your negativity will try to stop you but you are stronger. if your happy place is not working then go to a different one...Search your mind...Go back to every good memory you have and take a mental picture of it and find the right one to distract yourself in this moment...If you can't find a strong enough memory, make your own happy place, your safe place, your hiding spot, just for you and No one else... Don't let the negativity take control...Instead, you take control of it. Believe in yourself... Do not give up on yourself... Don't Run... Don't lose control... Don't lose yourself to the negativity, pain, suffering, hate, struggle, or even the person... You can do this..... Are you there? If you are stay there for awhile, until you are ready to face reality and control you, your mind, and your emotion...

If you still can't find your peace, open your eyes...breathe in and out...and repeat this to yourself or out loud;

It's time YOU spoke...
My brain holds all the words
My ears hear all the voices
My mouth speaks all the comebacks
My eyes drop all the tears
My arms suffer the pain and scars
AND
My heart and soul feel all hurt
And emotion without any freedom...
Please Let Go of the negatives
Brain,
Ears,
Mouth,
Eyes,
Arms,
Heart and soul,
LET GO!

Now try again...search for your safe place, your happy place, somewhere you could be forever and never grow tired or bored of........Did you find it? So if you made it then stay there for awhile, until you are fully ready to face reality and control you, your mind, and your emotion...

We all go through the day, dealing with so much crap and sometimes some of us never find the time to "nurture our inner selves", or as a therapist once told my mom, "nurture our inner child". Why don't we find the time? I believe it is because we are always focused on other people and never ourselves, because (this may sound weird) we are kind of like dogs in a way; we look to please other people. Why? Maybe it is because we search to feel loved, wanted, successful, or even happy. Or maybe we just want to distract ourselves. I know why I do it but do you know why you do it? I want you to know, helping other people is good but you are also a human being and deserve to take care of yourself so try it... You might find you are a little less stressed out! Also make sure you never give up on yourself, because you as your own person, you are worth it.
