Whether from one cataclysm or another, plague, gendercide, magic, the male half of humanity has been almost entirely wiped out. As one of the last, perhaps even the last, man alive, you and the contents of your pantaloons have just became the world's most scarce, vital resource.
The surviving women will stab each other in the back to bed you, and countries will go to war to claim you, for on you hangs the future of mankind.

If you're lucky, that is... It's entirely possible that the women of Earth are enjoying not having any guys around. Perhaps they had a hand in their disappearance themselves. In which case you're in deep trouble. They probably want to kill you. Or lock you away. Or feminize you.

Feel free to add whatever you want. Sex and magic, death, homosexuality, incest, it's all good.
