Sunshine

She enjoyed the wind.
Tight caress of the sun on her skin.

She watched the houses as they passed by,
Each one telling a different story.

Then, she fastened her seatbelt,
As the whispers of life blew passed her ears.

Telling her that everything she is,
Is because of everything she has been,
Bringing the rain in her life to a drizzle.
