    Gordon tells Mia that he will always possess her.  Mia tells Gordon that he does not own her, and also she tells him that



she is a human being, not a piece of property.  Violet hears this conversation, and she is horrified.  "Oh, my God, what has



happened to Mia?, said Violet.  Violet knows and believes that Mia is a decent and beautiful woman both on the inside and



outside, and she vows to protect Mia from being destroyed by a living soul.
