how we use our time

Here I am again. Sitting in front of my computer with no idea of what to write about. But they say that if you are to be a writer you must write something every day. Just like any other craft, you must practice to achieve skill." So that’s what I am doing: I am writing something.

The wind is blowing very hard outside this morning. It’s also cold out there even though the sun is shinning brightly. It’s about twenty-five degrees at eleven o-clock in the morning. Yes it’s January twelfth but you don’t get it, last week at his time it was fifty-six out there.

"Yes, I am just sitting here looking out my office window, watching as the wind blows away another day as well as all the people in such a hurry to get through it." Who do not seem to understand that when the wind has done its job and has blown away another day into the annuals of what used to be, they can never get it back.

I have always been amazed at the folks who can take the same number of hours in a day that I have, that you have, that we all have and can make it look like they have been given twice the hours. Nonetheless, I have learned that a lot of those people spend that time in pursuit of money or trying to get their foot on the next rung of the ladder of success, or the biggest house on the block. You can have all the time in the world but if you use it for such things all the time! You may as well not have any.
