Why Must You?

Why must you be so wonderful
And make me stutter?
Why must you be so masterful
At making my heart flutter?

I try to get over you,
Tell myself not to look,
Then you fix me with your eyes of blue,
And give me a smile out of a book.

I've never felt this way
About anyone before,
Until the day
For me you held the door.

Why must you hold me in a glove
Like I would shatter into tiny pieces?
Why must you make me love
