Smile- A Great Gift of God to Humanity A smile is not merely a facial expression that you can make in some situations to show your stand. A smile is precious and powerful tool of persuasion. It can boost your mood and others who are around you, can make your day, can helps you to stay stress free, can have some precious friends, can improve your health, can help you to be more attractive, can help you to be more positive, and many more other things.... If yes, then it is so sad. Because, when you give a smile generally you get a smile in return. It means, when you smile you also make other to smile. A smile can heal a painful heart. For me smiling is a simple way of being happy and feeling good. There is a great line written by an unknown author- “I have never seen a smiling face that is not beautiful.” So always, make sure you are putting smile on your face, and make a promise to yourself that you will always smile. I know, as a human being, we make several commitments to ourselves throughout our life. However, we cannot keep all of them. Even we never give a try for some of them, or if we do then we give up after sometime. There could be several reasons of not keeping our commitments like money, time, knowledge, environment, social and religious restrictions, etc. However, for smiling, there are no such curbs. Smiling is free; you don't need to pay even a single penny for it. Moreover, you don’t need some special occasions, extra times, particular environment, or knowledge. Hence, anyone (child-young-old, male-female, educated-uneducated, rich-poor) can afford a simple smile. There is no social and religious constraint on it. research that shows- an infant smile 400 times a day whereas an adult smile only 20-25 times a day. I am not saying you to go for 400 times but at least double your numbers. Smiling releases the endorphins (natural painkiller in human brain) and makes you to be happy and feel good. Now at least put a smile on your face my dear friends…. At all, it is not making you poor. Smiling is used all over the world. There is no cultural, country, language, or religious refrain on it. Thus, an anonymous writer wrote the following great quote: “There are hundreds of languages in the world but a smile speaks them all.” I know, you will all say that you smile everyday and share your smile with your friends too. So my friends let me give you statistics of a Still not feeling like smiling. Don’t worry, just wear a fake smile on your face and remember this quote—“Fake it until You Make it”…. And we all know the power of practice. Finally, I would like to end with some great lines written by an anonymous writer. You can occasionally recite following lines- A Smile It cost nothing, but creates much It enriches those who receive, without impoverishing those who give It happens in a flash and the memory of it lasts forever. |
