An Angel's Lullaby

My edited poem, An Angel's Lullaby. It is about a person being comforted by Heaven's Angels.

An Angel's Lullaby:

I hear the sound of heaven's choir singing to me a sweet lullaby,
“Sleep in heavenly peace”
It soothes my burdened heart and
Reminds me I'm cherished; never forgotten

Moments from now
I'll be dreaming,
dreaming the night away.

There is joy in the morning.

Forget/ your troubles;
chase them away and
Let goodness and mercy fill your heart today.

When I awaken, sunlight
peeks through the windows,
and whispers,

“God is with you today”
