Survival is caring enough to give what is necessary. (Even if it's his poor feet)
Four forgotten friends following trails in the snow,

A hatchet, a knife and much hunger below

Death to the first, his body is cold.

Gone is the body for starvation controlled,

Blizzard, snow storm, the cold is his master

Death to the second, this one came faster.

Using his body, a meat shelter it makes,

Ice and angry winds, the mountain does break

The third is gone, his body is shattered.

Fighting for balance, the elements he must beat

Fighting the cold, white clad Death he must cheat

Fighting his hunger, must he indulge in this treat?

The next day he was saved, he ate his blue feet.
