What Can Your Love Do?

Baby can you complete me?

Help me find a place where I can see,

Past the temptation,

Man’s wicked creation,

Sinful actions that hurt,

Children whose minds we pervert.

Choices we make that steal us away,

Lock us in cages, will we ever be okay?     

Violence and hatred, it’s all on the news,

Would anyone take a moment to walk a mile in my shoes?

Feel my pain as I tend to the ones who need love,

Hold my hand and help me have faith in the Lord above.
