A small something I wrote for someone who makes me see.
So transfixed by the words of kindness she utters so freely, it hurts. The taste of her lips still linger on mine, behind them a hurricane of thoughts and wants devour my faux sanity. She has touched me. She has loved me. She has wanted me. And for me that is all I need to fall in love. The same trap that fools fall into that lofty angels dare not quietly step. So proud I was of being steady of foot and sound of mind only to start to fall again. Just to whisper the words that dance on my tongue begging to be spoken to her when my lips touch her soft ear. The smell of her still damp hair intoxicates me beyond belief and I reel and fall, only to find that I am already in her arms.
