I hope this is the right action, praying I do not mess up this code or else humanity might be at stake.” The professors assistant thought to himself while programming the android. The slim glossy robot is a lifeless paperweight until we breathe life through programming.
“Is this what it feels like to be God? Are we following the process of creation or deviating from it?” My next thoughts were terrible. The robot just sat there motionless, just myself and the professor toiling away. We called it Katakana, master creation of all humanity. The first artificial , electronic life form and its in our hands to not mess it up. The society around us barely even noticed, after space travel was achieved societies focus was diverted to the unknown rather than “unneeded imaginary robots.” According to the media an idea such as Katakana was unneeded use of resources. Damn this society can they not see the potential help Katakana was? or Do they see the mistake we are making?”
As I am inputting the codes into its core processor I am reminded of the mistakes of our past, Nuclear bombs, the death virus of 2124 and the Holocaust. Alas, typing lengthy derived codes is wearing me down shortly Katakana will come to life for a trial run. Typing and typing away till the system is perfect, and achievement comes within weeks.
