A poem inspired by the movie Pirates of the Carribean.
When I first saw you
A fire set ablazed within
It glowed like an ember,
Warm, yet never gives me pain.

Your eyes glowed like crystal dew
My portrait was etched perfectly on its iris
It was telling me that you needed me
Like how much you gave me bliss.

You sang a song I never heard before
It was as soft and mellow as lark's sweet hum.
It captivated me in contemplation
And holds me in your possession.

When pirates came and found us here
They threw nets, darts, and spears.
When I was freed from your hunting spell
I found out that you got a tail.

They captured you and laid you on the ground
The magic scene made me astound.
Your tail vanquished and legs appeared
With lovely feet failed to trod.

You were now, oh so nude!
From myriad eyes, I covered you with my clothe.
What they want is your tear
But you refused to give them dear.

I begged them not to torture you
Instead, they did it to me.
Now your greedy eyes gave their flows
Too late since a dagger was stubbed in me.
