A Life of Roses

A life full of roses,
Which each soul demands,
Is a race horse who poses,
In victory, by the stands.

A challenge won by noses,
For the field is now set,
The champ shall get roses,
For the bubbly’s all set. 

Thank the millionaires,
And those jockeys, handpicked,
And the trainer who prepares,
So the others get licked!

Like the Academy Awards,
Movie makers thank friends –
Or the singer, whose chords,
Wins the Grammy, love sends…

A life filled with roses,
What each person chooses,
Shows what dedication there is,
How faith never loses!
