A poem about a reflection . Hope you enjoy
The Reflection - ( Your comments and reviews are most welcome thanks)

A ghost stood at my window pane glaring through the glass .

Its eyes cold as Arctic shores ,curiosity that would not pass.

I gazed into it's world of fades a shade of blurred imagery .

I pitied my dear reflection confined to it’s life of mimicry .

I sometimes wonder if it were here living instead of me .

It's body free from my biding it's mind not a slave to decree .

For all I see and all I do is copied in its works .

However in it's service a fierce soul does lurk .

It longs for free movement to speak to think and sing .

instead of a stolen gesture that only I can bring .

For as I gaze upon this refection I give a smile of glee.

For all it does and all it says forever belongs to me.
