The Sky looked into a mirror and recognized its greatness for the first time.
         “Whoa!”

The sound reverberated across the Universe. It’s Sky. Sky just looked into the mirror and sees how vast it is.

It spun the mirror to the left, to the right, and tilted it up and down. Surprisingly, it sees  that it covers the whole top of the Universe.  It is up there all  by itself, except for a few flying objects, birds, stars, and planets hanging around. It drapes its vastness over the earth, no escaping it; it covers everything. If Sky says,  I got you covered, it’s no joke.

“My image is greater; I arch endlessly,  I’m celestial, regional and heavenly.  I never considered it before looking into the mirror today.” Sky thinks, humbly.

Sky peered keenly into the mirror confirming its greatness, while looking down to see how much space it covers.

“Why, other elements in the Universe are single entities, and don’t spread out and cover as I do. The mountains don’t cover the whole Universe, uninterrupted. Nor do the forestry, or oceans, seas or rivers. Sure, the areas they cover are significant, but they don’t cover like me. The only other element that covers like I do is Land. But, Land doesn’t carry the mystique I carry,” Sky speaks humbly and out loud.

“You can touch, feel, walk, and jump up and down on land. Objects go straight through me.” Modestly and proud, Sky reminds us.

Sky twirled the mirror around quickly, trying to catch it off guard, having it reveal a corner or an area up there that isn’t enclosed by it. There’s no such area. Sky thinks it massiveness is incredible, realizing the power it holds, it shudders causing thunder.  Sky popped its fingers and caused  lighting to streak across the sky.  A few tears rolled down because of its  joy, and caused some flooding, and he exhaled, causing a wind storm. The realization of its greatness made it smile and the sun shone brightly.

“I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised about my limitlessness. A lot goes on up here, rain, snow, sleet, storms, and such. Heck, this is where it’s at. All the weather systems start up here, unfolding from beneath my vastness. Yep, it appears I’m pretty great. That just may be why they call me a heavenly body.”
