I want $300 dollars

I love traveling and being able to learn something with my friends, that is one reason why I should be the most eligible to accept the $300 scholarship. I have had a lot of experience with traveling, but I have never been to Washington D.C. This would really be a nice opportunity to explore such a monumental destination.
I believe that I am very deserving of this prize, because I manage to keep my grades at a reasonable level, I help so many people without pay, and especially because I want this money so I can learn more than I ever knew with my friends. I also want this money because I don’t want to cause more of a strain on my mother and father’s banks as they already have.
To me going on this trip is so we can learn something in a new environment, with familiar people. This should be a memory that everyone will remember, and share with others. This is our last year at Academy of the Americas so we should make the whole year special until the end. I have done a lot ever since I came to this school. For example, I won the Geography Bee in 2010, I wrote a play, I starred in a play
