A Glowing Purpose

Sparkling lights, shimmering candles,
And beaming patrol car lamps –
With their immense grace and infinite fortitude,
They mark a bevy of distinct and flashy purposes. 
But not a soul on the planet can attest to their desire
Or resolve were it not for the continuity being exhibited
Day in and day out by all of the stout-hearted patrons
And actors setting out to enjoy the fun-filled, robust scene,
A Broadway musical or play devoted
To our most special, engaging talents…

For love is the gifted design
Of the most compassionate and caring folks,
Who each share a copious and gratifying resolve;
The mighty may prove themselves in certain instances,
But it’s our patience and dedication
That eventually promote the God-fearing values of lives
Here on Earth...
