Dissociation from a crime...
The red on my hands, it is not there,
I have no tears nor icy stare.
No beads of sweat running down my face,
No feelings of anguish or disgrace.
All these scratches do not exist,
From the one I loved and used to kiss.
She did not lie and she did not cheat,
There were no secrets or deceit.
I can't wait to get home, and hold my wife,
As she is still there, and still has her life...
