MSF raises awareness at Community House

Several organizations participated in the Community House on the Global Day.

According to Khajag Aghazarian, community services coordinator, the organizations are partners who do continuous projects with AUS, for example, Red Crescent Society, Doctors without Borders (MSF), Sharjah Police, Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services and several others. The Sharjah police and MSF were raising awareness through holding exhibitions. They exhibited samples of drugs and drug trafficking. MSF also raised awareness about projects held in Palestine and the rest of the world. An environmental
exhibition was also held to raise awareness about coral. Samples of coral present in the gulf, which showed the effect of pollution.

The Sharjah City for Humanitarian services and Al Thiqah Club for Handicaps sold products to support their projects. EEG exhibited their projects of recycling. Finally, Sharjah Foundation tried to collect charity money and introduced themselves to the public.
