quick run of my mind... messy stuff

why do you put up with this fake smile?
can you not see this pain that hides behind it?
I wonder why you do not see...
what lies in these smiles...

with those lovely eyes what do you see?
a carefree man? or
a broken soul?
either way i am still alone

was it just a dream?
you and me laughing
our hearts out...
or did we both lie till the end?
