100m Men Final IAAF World Championships in Athletics, Daegu August 28, 2011.
Record but no medal:

Usain Bolt broke the 'abstract record' in the men's 100m.
Time (sec): 0 < False Start < 1
Category: New Rule at World Championships in Athletics, Daegu 2011.
Athlete's disqualification _ one false start.

Turning a -ve to a +ve with a stroke '1' of thought.
Bolt is a man of 'records'. He will break everything in 100m and 200m.
Bolt captured the 'abstract record' in the 100m in unrecorded time.
Upset as he was; he subconsciously achieved notable claims to the record.

Bolt got the so called record for being the first athlete to be disqualified in the
100m under the World Championships New Rules in Athletics.
Yohan Blake (Jamaica) won the race in a time of 9.92s;
Walter Dix (USA) placed second in a time of 10.08s;
Kim Collins (St. Kitts and Nevis) placed third in a time of 10.09s and
Christophe Lemaitre (France) placed fourth in a time of 10.19s.

Disclaimer: An 'abstract record' in athletics does not exist.
This prose although bearing much factual accounts, is aimed at reading for fun.
