fingers trace
finding the path
to where it all began

eyes beckon
take a chance on me

I know who you are

and I beg you to look further

I draw you inside

listen for the whisper
feel the quickened breath
a sigh raised in reverence

hear my prayer of supplication
hands drawn together
I bow in your presence
