Tribute to rain

Grey skies open

the wind becomes fierce

little drops fall from the clouds

feeling wet and cold against your skin

soaking anything that gets in the way

taps on the window loudly like drums

trails of droplets slowly moving from the outside

dancing in a slow dance

that they only know how to

the smell awakes my senses

I like to be quiet during the rain

to listen, watch and think.
