My complaint on a workshop service rendered.
I am delighted that your company has attended to my complaint.  It was a brilliant act of goodwill and professional gesture manifested on your part to get your staff Miss Vivian to ring me personally make a personal telephone call on me by telephone in  having your staff to call on me by phone personally to better understand and find the root of my complaint.

The telephone call by Miss Vivian to me has come in the nick of time for correcting my impression of your company and salvage the ties and regain my support for your company in years to come. For all intent and purpose, rest assured the little misunderstand between us has ended and I shall not have any ill-feeling or make bad publicity about your company.

By the way, the one thing that has pissed me off and caused me to lodge a complain was due to the observation I have witnessed from the manner which your company has not given due recognition , respect or  shown any gratitude to the Insurance Company that has supported and contributed your business growth.  If  I may add my two cents worth of opinion, the people from Insurance  Industry are the ones that you must cherish for  they can be a pillar of strength to help expand your business during the good times; and an ally to help you sustain your business when the economy is bad. Literally speaking, the said Insurance Company are  your source income earnings and welfare for your daily bread and butter to survive in the motor services industry.

You may be wondering why am I dwelling into such topic, excuse me but  I will  not get straight to the point.  It is about my sincere request made to your company to help absolve the cost and settle the compound for my traffic summons.  I am fully aware of the fact that it is not the policy of  your company or any others motor workshop for that matter, are not obligated to entertain your customer to absolve fully or partially the cost to pay the compound  for the traffic summons issued to the vehicle repair at your place. There is an old saying, “To reprimand a dog, we should first check and find out the dog’s owner as a mark of  respect”.  I now felt sorry for having involved the Insurance Officer and seek her help to appeal on my behalf to your company to absolve  the cost and settle my traffic compound.  I was very annoyed to observe that you have blatantly ignored her request that she made personally to you r company and thereby, it hurt me into feeling guilty for getting the Officer to undergo such humiliation on my behalf.  I was emotionally upset and aggravated by your staff attitude, I was keen and anxious to share that incident with the public to discourage and caution them to allow their vehicles to be towed to your workshop.

All said and done and I hope to sweep the incident away and forget it.  I remember that your Miss Vivian has tried to bring me some comfort by saying she would try and speak to the management to absolve the compound of my traffic summons partially.  The truth is, for all intent and purpose after having a bad encounter with your workshop, it will be refreshing if your company is now willing to settle and absolve my traffic compound in full. By so doing, it will be my consolation and give me a reason to recommend and speak highly of your company services.  (Attach a copy of my traffic summons for your kind consideration.)

I thank you in advance for accommodating  my appeal to settle my traffic compound and in reciprocation, I  hope to be accorded a chance for me to do lip service in telling my business associates, colleagues, friends and family about  your kind contribution towards account of  my traffic compound and encourage them to try out your workshop services.
