Solitude remains unbinding,
such a peaceful shore not minding,
detachment postulates movement;
spirit then finds some improvement.

You experience what you think,
it will manifest in a wink,
transforming an imperfection
into a better reflection.

My unconscious mind unwinding,
solitude remains unbinding.

Breathing is your path to the goal,
helps the body regain control.
Sit in a `Lotus position,
inspecting your disposition.

Perception is meditative,
It's always interpretative.
Stark, forgotten times spellbinding,
My unconscious mind unwinding.
