This is a poem about someone being walked on, and my response. |
Your spirit is indestructible. It will live on, Even when our body ends. It makes you who you are, No one can kill Or Destroy your spirit; Its indestructible. It can never be recreated Or destroyed. It’s unique to the universe, And makes the world how it is. To destroy it, Would be to destroy a part of world. You are indestructible. No one can bring you down, Unless you think you are Destructible. You can do whatever you Want. Walk upon the battlefield With no weapon With no armor. The bullets will fly pass you And through you. It won’t hurt, Or leave a mark. You will walk on, And bring down the People Things Places Ideas That tried to make you vulnerable. Your invincibility will wound them. You will make them See that you are no harmed By them. You are indestructible from their Tactics Weapons. They will stare in awe and let you Pass by, Tears seaming down their faces, As they finally realize who was Indestructible, And who was only wore the armor to make it Appear they were indestructible, While their wounds bleed Underneath it all. And they will fall to the ground, Taking off their armor Letting their wounds bleed, So they can bleed out And try to beg for you forgiveness As they go on their own journey To be indestructible. |
