Wishing of Summer

All over the world as winter fades, and spring arrives with its rain and its flower blossoms, more and more people become tired of the work, school, and just overall tiring year they had been experiencing. They wish of coming home and not having to think about another day of their tiring work. They wish of staying up late watching old Disney Channel movies, and reruns of shows on abcfamily for the 1 millionth time. They dream of sleeping in and then awakening to the birds chirping, the construction men outside, and the mailmen dropping off their invitation to a summer barbecue at their neighbors'. All of these wonderful things come with summer. Do we really ever though, thank God for all of these simple things?

You know, when I was younger and in grade school. Every year summer would come and by the end of the vacation I began to get tired of being free all of the time. I would be excited to then go back to school and see all of my friends and even do homework. As you get older though, I think that you lose more of that excited feeling of going back to school. You then dream even more when summer comes around. We should be thankful of all of these things. Big and small. They are amazing. Even though I ended this writing document on a sort of weird note, I want you to think about summer for the next few days, and really cherish the last moments of your school. Do it, this feeling won't be around forever.
