the way to become whole is the way to health and well-being - how does one become whole?
After many years, some 40 and more, I have found that wholeness and healing is possible if one searches for the truth.

In fact wholeness is searching for the truth -- a point not yet fully recognised in the new age.

hence our health and well-being depends upon how earnestly and how committed we are to searching for the truth, and that means how willing we are to either junk or challenge our own existing or long-held beleifs. If we want to improve, we have to let go of what we think we know in order to find the truth -- that presupposes that what we know now is lies?

I think our parents did not know the truth and even though they loved us, could not help but only pass onto us what their parents passed onto them -- whether truth or lies or both.

We recognise a lie because it is involved with pain, whereas a truth has only pleasure and no pain attached to it.

Hence we seek for the full truth and hence were seeking total pleasure and hence complete healing.

If what we know now is the truth, then why is there so much suffering in the world? Who would lie except some person or persons who wish to harm us? Its only logical with so much suffering we must be being told lies.

We can say the world is harsh and as adults and responsible mature people we should just accept that fact and "grow up". Yes but anyone who has even a small taste of wholeness knows the 'hang tough' attitude is merely another lie.

You know when your feeling good when you have a 'time flies' moment, when hours seem like minutes and completely painless minutes at that. I myself felt this when studying at my desk as a youth -- no backpain, no tiredness, nothing. Sometimes these moments happen and were unaware of them, because we do not always watch a clock; but we should not take such moments for granted, if we can.

hence it is my conviction that because I sort the truth, I experienced many wonderful things and I am a healthier 50 year old because of that. We all have vices and virtues, and the vices are always the cause of our aging, never our virtues. The idea we age automatically is simply another lie, for everything has a cause: for every effect there is a cause.

hence the way to seek the truth is to ask questions. Genuine questions not just any questions. When we ask a question we open ourselves up to be led by a higher spiritual power, or more exactly: the highest spiritual power we have in our real self -- each of us has a real self: were whole already but ignore our wholeness; technically speaking, it is the enhancement of our existing whole that makes us well, the refinement of it.

When we seek the righteous truth then we begin to refine our whole and improve our health. Hence we ask questions and we seek answers. Everyone of us may have that one special question were dying to ask 'the evermore'. if we find that question, then the answer will surprise us and that will lead to further questions and so on and on until we refine our soul so much that were healed and fully healthy.

So what i said about seeking the truth being our wholeness, is not exactly correct, but nevertheless our search for the actual truth is still the way to our total healing.

Also, it is extremely important for the healing process to never go to any church or organized religion.
