I love you
A strong combination of words
I, that is you, yourself, your being
Love, something felt, deep inside, indescribable
You, someone, man, woman, girl, boy, animal, anything

Love is a strong word
Death, disease, hate, suicide
Terrible, they spawn from the word
Clouded emotions, said with false hopes
Love can be elusive at times

Love is a very strong word
Kids, grandkids, stories, eternal bonds
Miracles, some may say
I say it is love
Love is something that can't be described in one thought

It takes a whole lot of pain
A whole lot a suffering
A whole lot of rejection
A whole lot of time
When it happens though

It will all be worth it
It will all make sense
