Identity issues.
I am broken,
My angelic wings destroyed
By the earth's cruelty,
By the lies and slow
Torments tht drowned
My heart, my soul, my being.

I am broken
And I don't know
Who I am, what I am,
Who I can be. I smile
Because it makes the pain easier
to bear. My brokeness

Is hidde under my false
Smile and the way I paint
My face ad the colours
I wear to make myself
Someone. My identity
Lies in a pit, an eternal
Pit, but I cover it
So that they think
I'm strong, stronger
than I look.

I lie, I hide, I cheat
Because I am broken, crushed
Beyond repair.
