The stars lean down to kiss you ~Feathertail’s spirit joining starclan, crowpaw beside her.
And I lie awake and miss you ~Firestar lying down looking up
Pour me a heavy dose of atmosphere ~Silverstream’s death, kits, Fireheart, Greystripe ect;

'Cause I'll doze off safe and soundly ~Firestar asleep
But I'll miss your arms around me ~Greystripe with silverstream’s spirit
I'd send a postcard to you, dear ~Crowfeather reciving his name
'Cause I wish you were here ~three strike of the toms looking to the sky

I'll watch the night turn light-blue ~Feathertail’s face in the stars
But it's not the same without you ~Firepaw in the medicine cat’s den
Because it takes two to whisper quietly ~Greystripe and Silverstream meeting

The silence isn't so bad ~Firestar in the medicine cat den
'Til I look at my hands and feel sad ~Greystipe looks at his paws, that have silverstream’s blood on them
'Cause the spaces between my fingers ~Crowfeather mourning Feathertail
Are right where yours fit perfectly

I'll find repose in new ways ~Crowfeather looks away, pain
Though I haven't slept in two days ~Firestar awake in his den
'Cause cold nostalgia ~Greystripe with his kits in the nursery
Chills me to the bone

But drenched in vanilla twilight ~the nursery brightens
I'll sit on the front porch all night ~Firestar outside his den, looking to the stars
Waist-deep in thought because ~Crowfeather, light around him in the cave
When I think of you I don't feel so alone

As many times as I blink ~Crowfeather’s eyes open
I'll think of you tonight ~Greystripe looks at his kits, they blink at him and start playing
I'll think of you tonight ~Firestar blinks at the stars,stars twinkle

When violet eyes get brighter ~Starclan eyes open
And heavy wings grow lighter ~glowing dove flys across the night sky
I'll taste the sky and feel alive again ~Feathertail, Spottedleaf and Silverstream outlines in the sky.

And I'll forget the world that I knew ~Greystripe leaving to RiverClan
But I swear I won't forget you ~Crowfeather’s head falling and closing his eyes
Oh, if my voice could reach ~All three tom’s three pictures
Back through the past ~Firestar remembering Spottedtail
I'd whisper in your ear ~Spottedtail’s spirit leans into Firestar’s sleeping ear
Oh darling, I wish you were here ~Whispers, then walks away
