Just a little poem of self-destructive attraction
A mirror image of each other, we users who in turn are used, sit idly by to pass by time and each destroy ourselves. To each by rights our pain and scars seem to pale in our company, for some reason you took a step back. I'd wait for you, be the one who'd love you true, but seems I can't be happy too. I helped your pain, but yet again, wasn't your sunshine yet caught your rain. So I'd like to know if round two comes 'gain to past, I'd make it work to be your last. Both were shy, I fear not to die, not in my arms, I hear you cry. What would've happened if I made my move? To hold you tight, say it's alright, and feel sorrow melt, to know even briefly how the lips of an angel felt. You got her back, is it to late, this what you meant by "might date?" Was there an us in fate or is my mind just caught in stupid's gate?
