Light romance on a stormy night with an unexpected visit form the man she moved away from.
The lights in the house next door were flickering too, so Sophiana was not as afraid as she had been when her lights had started.  There must be some kind of power problem in the area, she thought.  With the storm that was raging outside it could be all typed of different problems.  Just then there was a knock on the door.  Just what I need Sophi, as she was called by her friends, thought a stranger at my door at a time like this.
Sophi was new to not only the neighborhood but also the area and the state so she knew that whoever was at her door was not anyone that she knew.
Sophi cautiously approached the door and looked through the peep hole and received the suprise of her life.  She was aquainted with the person on the other side of the door but was suprised and not at all happy to find him on the other side and not back in Iowa were she thought she had left him.  Remaldo was the last person she wished to see and was the very reason she had moved several states away.
Sophi hesitated a few minutes and Remaldo knocked again.  "Sophi open up I know you are in there I saw you come home" he exclaimed, "and besides that I am getting more drenched by the minute."
"All the more reason tho leave you out there," replied Sophi, "you know I do not want to see you. How did you find me I have only been here a few days."
"I have my ways you know you never could hide worth a darn."
"Geraldo told you where I was did'nt he, he never could keep him mouth shut.  I should never have told him where I was going."
