      Black Rock Falls what not the kind of city its name presented it to be. There were no mountains or no waterfalls. Not even many hills to indicate just a little that the name fit. It was a coastal city in maine along the Atlantic hosting its many piers tourist often came to gaze upon. For being a fairly good size city it was awfully quiet.If you asked there weren't many crimes the police department could report and not many incidents the paramedics could report either. Yet this was soon to change like from sun to a downpour all because of Richard McConnell. He would bring  fear to this quaint nice city even if they didn't know he was the cause. Richard was forty years old and about 5'10''. He wore perscription rectangular glasses, always kept a stubble and his resceding hair line was starting to show to others than him. He liked to wear jeans be it a scorching hot sumer day or a blistering cold winters day, also button down shirt. He was very secluded  and rarely left his apartment unless it was to go to work. Yet there was a few more things to soon add to his personality and appearance that he even couldn't of guessed. Keeping sane and add sweat... and blood
