My doctor and my VA counselor think that writing down my thoughts and feelings can have a positive effect on my health. I tend to trust what they say so, This is where I write, toss around ideas, thoughts etc. Please don't take most things I write as fact or fiction or at face value. My doctor said that I may have several negative side effects to some of the medication I have been prescribed for PTSD and insomnia. One of which is paranoia. They said it was normal for a while and that it would go away and have since modified the dosage. I believe my doctors and I love my family. I have encouraged my mom to write here as well as I know she is under a lot of stress as a dorm parent. I encourage anyone reading this to write. I would love to hear your thoughts or ideas, theories etc. I appreciate any response or critique.
