A Ghetto, where I belong...
All Words:  128
Text Lines:    22

Rushful streets, never calm
and hideous heat, merciless sun

Who looks around, who got the time?
who even thinks, who I am?
fast rhymes never been for me,
sluggish thoughts is all that to be.

And the rushful streets never calm,
The rushful streets never calm.

Silhouettes of past lives cross me by,
memories of the once was "you and I",
a ghetto with no end whatsoever,
who feels now, who cares and who survives?

And the rushful streets never calm,
they have never been ever calm.

And by the clutching hands, I do remember,
the things once so sweet, and no wonder,
it's all gone now forever,
forever.

And the streets never been calm,
and the ghetto is where I belong,
safe and warm,
safe and warm.
