Tears like rain

My tears falling
hard, like the
rain outside.

The window,
clouded with
fog, hides me.

I am unseen from
everyone except
myself.

Tears fall harder
as I think of
you, and what you did.

You made me into
a different person,
one who I now hate.

Rain falls outside,
battering against the
window like hail.

And more of my tears
fall, as I hide hidden
and shielded.

No one can find
me, for I am invisible
to the world.

The rain leaks in,
and joins my tears
on my face.

For each tear cried
is another memory of
you and you alone.

Once again I hide
under a shield of
rain and tears
