a group of strange kids with strange abilities....
a group of kids trying to find out where they belong in life with their mutant/other worldly abilities. These kids are always running into trouble when they just try to get their lives straight.  Something terrible has happened and two 5 year old twins have been missing for two whole years. Suddenly a little girl wearing one of the twins' necklaces appears in the dead of night and causes some trougle. Who is this Strange girl? and why is she wearing one of the twins' necklaces?
