Multinational companies advantage and disadvantage

There are many multinational companies in each and every countries. In developing countries and less develop countries people taking their wages poor. They can only eat or clothing, others demand they cannot fulfil. Even they are not taking enough time to give their family. drawn to dust duty people make tired enough. So as they spending their time and energy they are not getting their fundamental rights,they can help their family partially. By the way female workers are getting half salary or they are loosing more.

There are many advantage of multinational companies.
Firstly, vast amount of people of our poor countries are getting job and they can erase their name from unemployment list.
The quality of their product take me turn my second point,disadvantage. The durability,style and design are attractive. Retail market are filup with these product like mushroom.Peple are not creating even marketing smoothly our own product.Suppose unilever companies product we are purchasing and on the other hand, we are paying our foreign countries;not our own.
