We make them constantly, one after another. But maybe, just maybe...they're worth it?
The first man to step foot on this planet did so because he had made a mistake. Meaning, life on this planet started as a result of his mistake. Talk about a good start.

Think of all the changes, the advances and everything that happened during these thousands of years. A lot did, more than we what we can comprehend, probably. But if there's one thing that remained unchanged all the while, it's the fact that everyone who came and went, made mistakes.
They're a part of us. We make them, we recall them, we fear them, we repeat them, we get warned about them, WE warn about them, and we try to avoid them, but at the end of the day, we-once again-make them. And quite a lot of the times, we pay for them.

But why do we run away from them? We shouldn't, because if there's anything that defines us, it's the fact that we make mistakes, not THE mistakes that we make.
In some ways, mistakes are inevitable. And sometimes, the path to recovery is not clear. We do whatever it takes to build the trust that was lost, but then there are some mistakes that are so deep that there is no way to repair what was lost. And when that happens, there's nothing we can do..but wait.
But who accepts that? easier said than done, after all.

And the worst part? While foolishly and endlessly trying to make up for them, we make some more mistakes along the way, and just make matters worse. But maybe thats irrelevant? Maybe all that should matter is the fact that no matter how many mistakes I make and how much I hurt people, I really intend to stick by?

But how do I tell everyone that?
