Love's Recall

The feigning whisper of Love's Recall,

seeps through my skin like a Winter's chill.

Unrestrained, it breaks down walls,

and deepens where emptiness lies still.

The feelings, familiar, of long ago,

startle my feminine graces,

as the urge to dance, within me, grows,

and fear, my heart embraces.

Alas, I've awakened from Winter's sleep,

to the dawn of a new coming Spring,

As a whisper of Love's enduring heat,

a new life, to my heart, does bring.
