Tonight as I lay here with you, I contemplate the wonders of life.
I think back on my years and the future I always envisioned.
I wished on my lucky stars that some day I would have my utopia.

And as I contemplate, I can't help but smile at this curious life.

The anticipation of that moment when you walk in the room, I found it with you.

Just when I was ready to give up, to live in the world of reality,
When I thought it was time to come down from the clouds,
I found you and realized I hadn't been aiming high enough.
I have been shamed with a realization that my imagination was meager.
I can only cry tears of joy at the marvel of your existence.

That tingling feeling I always longed to feel, I found it with you.
The loyalty I reserved solely for that special one, I found it with you.
That beautiful adoration that no one could shake, I found it with you.
The truest of loves my mind couldn't conjure up, I found it with you.

A wonderful life, a love unquenchable and shockingly returned, I found it with you.
